Participants wishing to present a lecture are requested to prepare their presentation in MS PowerPoint format in English and hand it to the technician in the lobby of the auditorium at the latest during the last coffee break before the presentation. Presentations cannot be modified at this point. The presentations will be copied onto the computer by the technician colleague who will be available to the presenters during their presentation. The hotel&#8217;s renewed interior and exterior environment and the quality of its unique services offer a &#8222;high end&#8221; experience for all guests.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>Hotel Rooms<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The hotel&#8217;s rooms are non-smoking, with balconies and all the necessary facilities to ensure a comfortable stay for conference guests.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>Payment terms<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Registration and booking is possible through the online registration interface, confirmation and proforma invoice is automatically generated and can be downloaded from the system.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Payment should be made to the account number indicated on the proforma invoice by the indicated deadline. A final invoice will be issued upon receipt of the payment. If the cancellation is received by 6 April 2023, the participation fee will be refunded 100%. Cancellations received between 6 April and 6 May will be charged a 50% technical fee.
