The program is about 5 km\/ 30 minutes refreshing run\/jogging.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>All participants receive a gift!<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em><strong>Please send your participation and t-shirt size in advance to <span style=\"color: #2ca0c9;\">kata.kaloczkai@gbo.com<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>More information at the Greiner stand.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>All are welcome.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #ff0000;\"><strong>EXCURSIONS CANCELLED DUE TO EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The excursions that will take place the day after the conference, <strong>on 10 June 2023 from 08:30 am<\/strong>, are listed below.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Click <a href=\"https:\/\/huphar.org\/fame2023\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/tura_2.pdf\"><strong>HERE<\/strong><\/a> to download the description of the excursions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>&#8222;K\u0151ris-Mocs\u00e1r&#8221; hike (12 km, 496 m ascent, 4 hours)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Recommended equipment: well-worn, comfortable shoes (ideally hiking boots), at least half a litre of water in a non-spillable canteen, raincoat, rucksack.<\/p>\n<p>The hike is 12.8 km long, with a 492 m ascent, and lasts 3 hours 30 minutes without breaks.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/huphar.org\/fame2023\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Kep1.png\" width=\"435\" height=\"291\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We start from the <strong>Hotel Ozon<\/strong>. We follow the yellow sign towards <strong>M\u00e1trah\u00e1za<\/strong> and then make a small detour to the <strong>Kecske hill.<\/strong>\u00a0 From here you can clearly see <strong>K\u00e9kes<\/strong> and the <strong>M\u00e1tra Sanatorium<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>We arrive to<strong> M\u00e1trah\u00e1za<\/strong> on the yellow and yellow cross signs.\u00a0 From here, our route leads upwards to the western and north-western side of K\u00e9kes. Initially we take the &#8222;D\u00e9li&#8221; ski trail (which slopes almost exactly westwards, diverging slightly northwards), then we take the yellow cross signpost to the so-called <strong>&#8222;Pince Street&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The yellow cross sign goes uphill at first, then roughly level in the beech forest of the Matra Forest Reserve.<\/p>\n<p>At the place called <strong>Gabi&#8217;s death<\/strong> (where a cart driver named Gabi once fell from his chariot), we take the blue cross signpost that crosses our path and descend towards the resting place of the <strong>Pisztr\u00e1ngos lake<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>From here, follow the red cross sign towards the ash swamp.<\/p>\n<p>The ash swamp is no longer a swamp, but rather a marshland.\u00a0 Legend has it that the <strong>\u201eK\u0151r\u00f6s Mocs\u00e1r\u201d<\/strong> used to roar when the weather turned colder. Strangely, the legend is true.\u00a0 When the cold air blows in and the wind picks up, the wind hits the steep hillside above the swamp called <strong>Sombokor<\/strong> and makes a roaring sound.<\/p>\n<p>From the swamp, we return to the hotel on the yellow circle and yellow bar signs, the last mile and a half of the same stretch where we walked at the start of the hike.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>&#8222;Eagle-Stone-K\u00e9kes&#8221; Hike (18 km, 915 m, 6 hours)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Recommended equipment: well-worn, comfortable shoes (ideally hiking boots), at least half a litre of water in a non-spillable canteen, raincoat, rucksack.<\/p>\n<p>The hike is 18.2 km long, with a 915 m ascent, and lasts 5 hours without breaks.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/huphar.org\/fame2023\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Kep1-1.png\" width=\"435\" height=\"296\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We start from the <strong>Hotel Ozon<\/strong>. The route takes you through a high mountain illusion, past steep slopes, cliffs and numerous viewpoints.<\/p>\n<p>After leaving the saddle of the <strong>Dark Marsh<\/strong>, the path becomes steeper and we reach the <strong>Blue Lake<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>From K\u00e9kestet\u0151, the route is easy at first, then steeply downhill, following the red cross signposts of the <strong>Somor stream valley<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>At the <strong>N\u00e9k\u00e1msz\u00e1ll\u00e1s<\/strong>, take the yellow circle sign and then the yellow sign again to reach <strong>Hotel \u00d3zon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The N\u00e9k\u00e1msz\u00e1ll\u00e1s was a former tourist hut, of which only its buttresses remain today, next to the <strong>Gy\u00f6keres spring<\/strong>, which offers delicious cold water.<\/p>\n<p>Everyone can participate in the organised activities only at their own risk.<\/p>\n<p>The organisers are not responsible for any accidents that may occur during these programmes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Greiner &#8211; morning 5K run, M\u00e1trah\u00e1za Come and run with us on 8 and 9 June in the beautiful natural surroundings of M\u00e1trah\u00e1za!
