Call for Session Proposal

The organizing committee ensures that session proposals submitted by 2^nd January, 2025, will be reviewed. Please submit your proposals until this deadline.

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to inform you that the Hungarian Society of Experimental and Clinical Pharmacology (HUPHAR) will organise its annual conference “HUPHAR2025- International Pharmacology Conference: focus on drug discovery and innovation”.
As a tradition, the venue will be the Ózon Hotel & Luxury Villas^****superior in Mátraháza, Hungary, between 4-6 June, 2025.

We invite the members of our society and all interested colleagues, to contribute to the program by proposing sessions on all major areas of pharmacology.

Proposals should be submitted by completing the form, downloadable from here. Each session will be 90-120 minute-long including 4-6 speakers. The deadline to submit the proposals by e-mail ([email protected]) is extended to 15th December 2024.

The organizing committee will evaluate all proposals and finalize the scientific program after considering high quality topics and the balance of the conference. Proposers are required to contact the proposed speakers, provisionally secure their availability for the whole event. The organizers will inform the proposers and speakers about the result of the evaluation and timeline of the scientific program by January 2025.
Important note: There are no central funds and financial support available at this stage of the organization to cover the participation costs of the speakers and session chairs.
