The emphasis is on discussion, exchange of ideas, and learning from each other, within a friendly yet scientifically rigorous setting.<\/p>\n<p>A key element of the meeting is spending <strong>time together beyond the lecture room<\/strong>: shared dinner and informal conversations during the breaks of the scientific programs, which create space for meaningful connections and deeper scientific exchange.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to scientific sessions, the program highlights <strong>academic and industry career paths<\/strong>, including transitions between the two sectors.
