1st step: create an account for the conference by choosing „New account” and submitting some personal information
2nd step: a confirmation email will land in your mailbox to confirm your registration and to create a password.
After submitting your personal data, you will receive a confirmation email with a link (please check your Spam folder as well!).

Prices are per person, and includes 21,26% VAT.
Early registration fee is valid only if it is settled until August 7, 2020. Abstract submission is not a prerequisite for the payment.
Registration fee includes the following services:
Accompanying person: in case of your partner would like to attend any of the lunches, social programs, please indicate it in your online registration. Prices and detailed information are available HERE, and programs can be booked via the registration system.
The value of coffee breaks, lunches and Welcome Dinner will be indicated seperately on the invoice as mediated services.
All reserved services (registration fee, accommodation, social program etc.) should be settled within the payment deadline. Reserved, but unpaid services will automatically be deleted.

Important information for participants from University of Pécs!
In case you will settle your conference costs from an application provided by the University of Pécs, then please indicate the exact application ID in the payment section of your registration. The invoice will be issued and sent to these participants by the Hungarian Society for Experimental and Clinical Pharmacology.
Cancellation and refund policy
All cancellation should be sent in written form to the Congress Secretariat ([email protected]).
In case of cancellation before September 7, 2020 the costs will be refunded less 20% administration costs.
After September 7, 2020 no payment (registration, catering, hotel) will be refunded.
Between September 7-21, 2020 modification can be requested for the ordered services (e.g. name change, lunch booking), but cannot be cancelled.
After September 21, 2020 no modification is accepted.
The organizers reserve the right to cancel the entire event 1 month before the scheduled start of the event, in case of insufficient application, or other cicrumstances that prevent a successful event. In case of cancellation of the event the organizers will provide information on this website and will also notify the applicants in circular. Payments for a cancelled event will be refunded by the organizers.
