Registration is required for all participants. All registration should be made via the following link:

It has 2 steps:

1^st step: create an account for the conference by choosing „New account” and submitting some personal information
2^nd step: a confirmation email will land in your mailbox to confirm your registration and to create a password.

After submitting your personal data, you will receive a confirmation email with a link (please check your Spam folder as well!).
Please click on the link to confirm your registration and to create your own password. After the first login, the registration system will be available via the following link: link

In case your browser doesn’t support cookies, you may try to use another browser (Mozilla, Chrome), or upgrade to a newer one.

Please note, that you can login to your account and edit the details as many times as you wish, until the given deadlines.

Prices are per person, and includes 21,26% VAT.
Early registration fee is valid only if it is settled until September 20, 2021. Abstract submission is not a prerequisite for the payment.

Registration fee includes the following services:

• admission to all scientific program
• program booklet
• coffee breaks
• wine- and cheesetasting during postersessions
• lunches on October 28,29,30
• Welcome Dinner on October 27

Accompanying person: in case of your partner would like to attend any of the lunches, social programs, please indicate it in your online registration. Prices and detailed information are available HERE, and programs can be booked via the registration system.

The value of coffee breaks, lunches and Welcome Dinner will be indicated seperately on the invoice as mediated services.

Payment information
All reserved services (registration fee, accommodation, social program etc.) should be settled within the payment deadline. Reserved, but unpaid services will automatically be deleted.

Important information for participants from University of Pécs!
In case you will settle your conference costs from an application provided by the University of Pécs, then please indicate the exact application ID in the payment section of your registration. The invoice will be issued and sent to these participants by the Hungarian Society for Experimental and Clinical Pharmacology.

Cancellation and refund policy

All cancellation should be sent in written form to the Congress Secretariat ([email protected]).

In case of cancellation before October 6, 2021 the costs will be refunded less 20% administration costs.
After October 6, 2021 no payment (registration, catering, hotel) will be refunded.
Between October 6-20, 2021 modification can be requested for the ordered services (e.g. name change, lunch booking), but cannot be cancelled.
After October 20, 2021 no modification is accepted.

Event cancellation

The organizers reserve the right to cancel the entire event 1 month before the scheduled start of the event, in case of insufficient application, or other cicrumstances that prevent a successful event. In case of cancellation of the event the organizers will provide information on this website and will also notify the applicants in circular. Payments for a cancelled event will be refunded by the organizers.

Dear Participant!
Video, audio and video recordings of the event will be made in accordance with the provisions on public participation and mass recording set out in the Civil Code. The purpose of making the recordings is to record the events of the organizers and to certify that the events have taken place. The completed recordings can also be published on the organizers’ websites, publications and community interfaces. If you do not wish to be included in the recordings, please request your cancellation indicate with your name and signature at the time of registration.
