The organisers kindly ask all participants to please come to the registration desk first. They also kindly ask you to wear your name badge until the end of the conference.

 Presentations

HOTEL ÓZON & LUXURY VILLAS**** superior, Mátraháza, Kékes Room
A laptop and projector will be provided for the presentations. Participants wishing to present a lecture are requested to prepare their presentation in MS PowerPoint format in English and hand it to the technician in the lobby of the auditorium at the latest during the last coffee break before the presentation. Presentations cannot be modified at this point. The presentations will be copied onto the computer by the technician colleague who will be available to the presenters during their presentation. The language of the presentation can be either English or Hungarian, depending on the needs of the audience and the presenter.

Poster session

Posters should be exhibited until 12.00 on Wednesday 5th June and kept outside until 17.00 on Friday 7 June, the end of the Conference.

The poster session will take place on Thursday afternoon (6th June) between 17:50 and 19:20. Poster presenters are kindly requested to be present in person during the Poster Session to answer questions from interested parties.

The award for the best poster (presenter by the Orginising Committee) will be presented at the end of the Conference.

Arrival, departure
To check in at the hotel, you must present your ID and address card. This rule applies to all accommodation in Hungary. On the day of arrival, check in from 15.00 and on the day of departure, rooms are available until 10.00. Check-out after 10:00 will incur an additional charge. Hotels will provide a package room on both days.

The Hotel Ozon & Luxury Villas****superior is located only 80 km from Budapest in Mátraháza, 710 meters above sea level. The hotel is located at the foot of the Kékes mountain peak, in a 3.2 hectare park with ancient trees, surrounded by the stunning mountainous environment. The hotel’s renewed interior and exterior environment and the quality of its unique services offer a “high end” experience for all guests.

Hotel Rooms
The hotel’s rooms are non-smoking, with balconies and all the necessary facilities to ensure a comfortable stay for conference guests.

Payment conditions
Registration and booking can be done through the online registration interface, confirmation and proforma invoice will be automatically generated and sent in a separate email. Payment should be made to the account number indicated on the proforma invoice by the deadline indicated. Once the payment has been received, szamlazz.hu will send the invoice to the email address provided by the registrant on the online registration surface in the billing details. The online application is considered as an order and will be subject to payment unless cancelled within the appropriate deadline. The final invoice will be issued in Hungarian and will show the costs seperated as follows:

Payment method
Payment is made by bank transfer on the basis of the proforma invoice. Proforma invoice will be sent in a separate email ( by számlázz.hu) to the email address you adviced on the online registration surface at BILLING CONTACT PERSON. The proforma invoice will contain all the information necessary for the transfer.
Cancellation conditions:
Cancellation is accepted in writing only. If cancellation is received by 1 April 2024, the participation fee already paid will be refunded. For cancellations received between 1 April and 1  May, a 50% technical fee will be charged. For cancellations received after 1 May, we are unable to refund, but we will accept the transfer of the right to participate to another person.

The event will be recorded on video, audio and video in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code on public participation and public recording. The purpose of the recordings is to record the organizers’ events and to verify that the events have taken place. The recordings may also be published on the organisers’ websites, publications and social media platforms. If you do not wish to be included in the recordings, please indicate your wish to be excluded by signing your name and signature at the time of onsite registration.
