The organisers kindly ask all participants to please come to the registration desk first. They also kindly ask you to wear your name badge until the end of the conference.

Presentations

HOTEL ÓZON & LUXURY VILLAS**** superior, Mátraháza, Kékes Room
A laptop and projector will be provided for the presentations. Participants wishing to present a lecture are requested to prepare their presentation in MS PowerPoint format in English and hand it to the technician in the lobby of the auditorium at the latest during the last coffee break before the presentation. Presentations cannot be modified at this point. The presentations will be copied onto the computer by the technician colleague who will be available to the presenters during their presentation. The language of the presentation can be either English or Hungarian, depending on the needs of the audience and the presenter.

Arrival, departure
To check in at the hotel, you must present your ID and address card. This rule applies to all accommodation in Hungary. On the day of arrival, check in from 15.00 and on the day of departure, rooms are available until 10.00. Check-out after 10:00 will incur an additional charge. Hotels will provide a package room on both days.

The Hotel Ozon & Luxury Villas****superior is located only 80 km from Budapest in Mátraháza, 710 meters above sea level. The hotel is located at the foot of the Kékes mountain peak, in a 3.2 hectare park with ancient trees, surrounded by the stunning mountainous environment. The hotel’s renewed interior and exterior environment and the quality of its unique services offer a “high end” experience for all guests.

Hotel Rooms
The hotel’s rooms are non-smoking, with balconies and all the necessary facilities to ensure a comfortable stay for conference guests.

Payment conditions
Registration and accommodation booking are available through the online registration platform. Items placed in the cart are only reserved after the billing details have been provided. After that the pro forma invoice is generated automatically and sent to you, but it can also be downloaded at any time from the system. Payment should be made by the indicated deadline to the bank account specified on the pro forma invoice.

Once the transfer has been received, the final invoice will be sent to the email address provided in the billing information section of the online registration form. At the same time, a ticket will be generated in the system, listing the services ordered and paid for. This ticket will also be sent automatically to the participant’s email address.

Please note that the online registration constitutes a binding order and, unless cancelled within the specified deadline, entails a payment obligation. The final invoice will be issued in Hungarian. The costs on the invoice will be itemized as follows:

Participation fee:

  • Participation fee (Gross price includes 21,26 % VAT)
    (Note: The participation fee includes consumption of food and beverages (gross HUF 114.000,-), for which the representation tax and contribution is payable by the buyer)

Accommodation:

  • Accommodation fee (Gross price includes 4,76 % VAT)
    (Note: Includes an intermediated service)
Payment method
Payment is made by bank transfer based on the pro forma invoice sent from the online registration system. This will be sent separately by email to the address provided in the “billing contact person” section of the registration form and can also be downloaded at any time from the system. The pro forma invoice contains all the necessary information for the transfer. Please read it carefully.
Cancellation conditions:
Cancellation is accepted in writing only. If cancellation is received by 1 April 2026, the participation fee already paid will be refunded. For cancellations received between 1 April and 1  May, a 50% technical fee will be charged. For cancellations received after 1 May, we are unable to refund, but we will accept the transfer of the right to participate to another person.

Insurance

The organisers accept no responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss sustained by participants or to their personal belongings during the Congress. Participants are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel and health insurance.

The event will be recorded on video, audio and video in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code on public participation and public recording. The purpose of the recordings is to record the organizers’ events and to verify that the events have taken place. The recordings may also be published on the organisers’ websites, publications and social media platforms. If you do not wish to be included in the recordings, please indicate your wish to be excluded by signing your name and signature at the time of onsite registration.
