Registration

All participants must register in the online registration system. The registration interface can be accessed by clicking on “Registration” button.

The participation fee includes the following services

• participation in the scientific sessions
• an electronic volume of the abstracts of the conference presentations
• coffee breaks on the 3 conference days
• lunches on the 3 conference days
• dinner on 3rd June Wednesday
• dinner on 4th June Thursday.

Prices include VAT of 21.26%.

Cancellation conditions: Cancellation is accepted in writing only. If cancellation is received by 1 April 2026, the participation fee already paid will be refunded. For cancellations received between 1 April and 1  May, a 50% technical fee will be charged. For cancellations received after 1 May, we are unable to refund, but we will accept the transfer of the right to participate to another person.
