The Clinical Pharmacology Section was established for the first time by EMMI Decree 26/2020 (VIII.4.) regulating the operation of the College of Health Professions.
The chairman of our section is Prof. Dr. Péter Ferdinandy
Secretary Dr. Gabriella Temesi
Members Prof. Dr. István Takács, Prof. Dr. Lajos Kemény, Dr. Tamás Habon.
As the professional body of the Minister responsible for health, our Section takes a position on health development and strategic issues, health policy issues, and formulates proposals on health training. It can initiate the revision of certain positions and harmonisation according to uniform principles.
The section meets monthly and seeks to formulate a unified opinion on the issues raised. Our first task was to develop minimum requirements for GCP courses accredited by universities.
Our group aims to work constructively with all participants in the field of clinical pharmacology. Therefore, we encourage everyone to contact us with their opinions and suggestions so that together we can serve and promote the cause of clinical pharmacology, commercial and non-commercial clinical trials.
