HUPHAR call for applications for conference attendance grant
Our Society invites applications forconference attendance grant from its members with a successful track record in pharmacology and pharmaceutical research. The grantcan be used to attend national or international conferences, workshops, symposia, courses, further trainings or summer schools organised by the HUPHAR or international organisations that HUPHAR is a member of.

Requirements for submitting applications, attachments required for the application:
• Age below 40
• Abstract of a presentation by the lead author (with the exception of further training, summer school).
• A few lines of explanation giving the rationale for attendance at the event (link to the website of the event)
• Certificate confirming payment of the membership fee for the previous 2 years
Applications must be sent electronically as a PDF file to Secretary General of the HUPHAR Dr. Zsuzsanna Helyes to the following email addresses: [email protected] [email protected]. Please insert “Conference Attendance Grant” plus the name of the applicant in the subject line.
Applications can be submitted continuously, and will be reviewed by the Board of the HUPHAR. Review deadlines are March 31, June 31, September 31, and December 31 of each year.
The grant awarded can be used to cover the attendance fee, accommodation costs and travel costs, if supported by invoices issued to the HUPHAR’s name and address. The maximum grant available is HUF 100,000 and applications for the grant can only be submitted once every three years.
