We traditionally organise the Evening Roundtable discussion on the topic of: Surprising results – Surprising explanations. For the Roundtable, we invite short presentation titles related to the conference themes, that reflect surprising results and/or surprising mechanisms. Previously reported results are also welcome.

Presentation and poster summaries

This year we also welcome the submission of abstracts for additional presentations related to the above scientific sessions and other areas of pharmacology, pharmacokinetics and pharmacology.
Abstracts can be uploaded to the online registration system after registration.

Presentation/Poster abstract format requirements

Format:

  1. General format:
  • File type: Microsoft word (.doc or .docx)
  • The file name must match the applicant’s surname (for example: forest.docx)
  • Page: A4, upright
  • Margins: 2,5 cm in each direction
  • Font: Calibri, 12 point size
  • Line spacing: 1 (single)
  • Alignment: justified
  1. Presentation/Poster title:
  • printed in normal capital letters (not bold!)
  • after which 1 line is left blank
  1. Authors’ names:
  • Surname and first name, followed by comma
  • if from more than one workplace, number in superscript after name
  1. Identify the workplace
  • Name and place of employment (city name):
  • Write it on a new line after the first name of the last author
  • If there is more than one workplace, a number in superscript before the name of the workplace
  1. Identify which author’s workplace
  • after which 1 line is left blank
  1. Text part of the extract:
  • May be divided into paragraphs. The first line of each paragraph starts 1,25 cm inside. No blank line is left between paragraphs.
  • The number of characters in the body of the extract, including spaces, shall not exceed 3000.
