All participants must register in the online registration system. The registration interface can be accessed by clicking on Registration below.

Registration

There are 2 steps: Step 1: Create an account for the conference by selecting the “New account” menu item and entering some personal details. Step 2: a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided, confirming the registration and creating a password. After entering your personal details, you will receive a confirmation email with a link (please check your Spam folder). Please click on the link to confirm your registration and create your password. If your browser does not support cookies, try using a different browser (Mozilla, Chrome) or upgrade to a newer one. Please note that you can log in to your account and edit your details at any time up to the deadlines specified.

Participation fees: 

For Ph.D. students who are members of MFT or MÉT, the companies will provide a gross subsidy of HUF 20 000 towards the registration fee.

The conditions for the supporting are:

• MFT or MÉT membership
• Submission of an oral or poster presentation by the given deadline
• Written proof of Ph.D. student status, to be sent to the conference secretariat: [email protected]

The participation fee includes the following services:

• participation in the scientific sessions
• an electronic volume of the abstracts of the conference presentations
• coffee breaks, lunches on the 3 conference days and dinner on 7 and 8 June.

Prices include VAT of 21.26%.

Early registration deadline: 30 March 2023.

Accommodation rates at Hotel Ozon:

Prices are in HUF per room per night and include:

• Buffet breakfast
• Full use of the 2000 m2 three-storey wellness area (Finnish and aroma sauna, salt cave, steam cabin)
• Unlimited use of the internet (wifi)
• Free parking for guests

Prices include 4.76% VAT. Rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 10:00 on the day of departure. *(PLEASE NOTE: single occupancy is very limited. Requests for single occupancy are subject to availability and will be fulfilled on a first come, first served basis. After the limit is exhausted, only double occupancy is available.)

Payment conditions

Registration and booking can be done through the online registration interface, confirmation and proforma invoice will be automatically generated and can be downloaded from the system. Payment should be made to the account number indicated on the proforma invoice by the deadline indicated. Once the payment has been received, szamlazz.hu will send the invoice to the email address provided by the registrant in the billing details. The online application is considered as an order and will be subject to payment unless cancelled within the appropriate deadline. The final invoice will show the costs seperated as follows:
Registration fee:

• Registration fee / other costs
• Registration fee / food, drinks

Accommodation:

• Accommodation price
• Tourist tax

Payment method: Payment is made by bank transfer on the basis of the proforma invoice sent to the email address provided by the registrant to szamlazz.hu. The fee request will contain all the information necessary for the transfer. Please read it carefully.

Cancellation conditions: Cancellation is accepted in writing only. If cancellation is received by 6 April 2023, the participation fee already paid will be refunded. For cancellations received between 6 April and 6 May, a 50% technical fee will be charged. For cancellations received after 6 May, we are unable to refund, but we will accept the transfer of the right to participate to another person.

Dear Participant!

The event will be recorded on video, audio and video in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code on public participation and public recording. The purpose of the recordings is to record the organizers’ events and to verify that the events have taken place. The recordings may also be published on the organisers’ websites, publications and social media platforms. If you do not wish to be included in the recordings, please indicate your wish to be excluded by signing your name and signature at the time of registration.
