Package 1: HUF 500.000 + VAT

Package 3: 200.000 HUF + VAT

Activity in the Exhibitor Space:
During the conference, participants will be invited to play a “game” aimed at generating interest in the stands and getting to know as much as possible about the activities of our exhibitors. Participants will be given a participation sheet at the on-site registration to collect stamps and answers as they visit each stand. Once correctly completed and handed in, they will be entered into a draw at the Gala Dinner. We plan to draw 3 high value gift packages, for which we ask and welcome donations of souvenirs (e.g. vouchers, desserts, wine, coffee, branded souvenirs, etc.) from all exhibitors.

Discounted registration fee for the Exhibition
The discounted registration fee for the person(s) at the stand is HUF 65 000 + VAT per person, payable in addition to the exhibition package fee. The registration fee includes participation in meals and programmes throughout the conference. Accommodation is not included.

Payment conditions
Based on the information provided on the registration forms, registrations will be confirmed and a letter requesting a deposit will be sent. Payment should be made to the account number indicated on the proforma invoice by the deadline indicated. An advance invoice will be issued upon receipt of the transfer and a final invoice will be issued after the conference. Completion of the registration form and sending it to the organisers will be considered as an order – and will be subject to payment unless cancelled within the appropriate deadline.
Public charges for food and beverages provided at our events as a benefit in kind are payable to the company delegating the participant, and therefore we will split the participation fee for the exhibition on our invoice into conference participation and food and beverages as an intermediated service.
