FAME Youth Forum Call for proposals:

As in previous traditions, we will organise a Youth Forum in 2023, both in the form of oral and poster sessions. There will be no restrictions on the topics of the presentations.

Application criteria:

1, The applicant must be under 35 years or have defended a PhD thesis after 1 January 2019.

2, Registration for the conference via the conference online registration interface.

3, Upload an abstract (oral or poster) in English on the online registration interface by 30 April 2023.

Categories:

Oral presentations of the Youth Section: based on the abstracts submitted, the Scientific Committee will select the participants of the section who will present their results in a 10+5 minute presentation. The speakers selected by the Scientific Committee will be notified by email.  The presentations will be evaluated on the basis of the jury’s opinion, with a main prize of 100,000 HUF donated by the MÉT and the MFT. Presentations not included in the oral session may be presented in the form of a poster, if the applicants agree.

The Youth Oral Presentations are scheduled for Wednesday 7 June 2023 from 20:00. Venue; Kékes Room

The Youth Session Poster Presentations: participants will present their work to the professional jury in 3-3 minutes during the session, the main prize is also 100.000 HUF.

Poster session date; Thursday 8 June 2023 from 17:15. Venue: Galya Hall

Application procedure:

Please register at the official online registration site of FAMÉ2023, then in the abstract submission section under the Presentation announcement tab, please select the Youth Section as the topic of your choice.

Please encourage your young colleagues to register!
